ADA COUNTY, Idaho — An Amber Alert in Idaho has been canceled after a one-year-old boy was found safe.

According to the Ada County Sheriff's Office, one-year-old Legend Nico Garza-Cota was found safe in Draper, Utah and the boy's mother is in custody.

Marisol Garza, 39, was arrested on an Idaho warrant and the boy was placed under the care of Utah's Child Protective Services.

The Sheriff's Office thanked Draper Police and US Marshals for their assistance in locating Garza.

According to a news release from ACSO, Garza announced on Facebook that she was leaving Idaho with Legend, who was supposed to have been in the custody of the State of Idaho after Garza was declared to be in imminent danger earlier this month.
