A man has died from his injuries after falling in the Whipple Fork area of Big Cottonwood Canyon.
According to Melody Gray with Unified Police Department, the man reportedly fell approximately 15 feet and suffered injuries to his face and chest.
The man was struggling to breathe when crews arrived and died before he could be taken to the hospital.
On Thursday, Unified Police identified the man as 29-year-old Wade Joseph Meade of Park City.
