DAVIS COUNTY, Utah — A Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for much of Davis and Salt Lake Counties; wind gusts are expected to be up to 60-70 miles per hour.
The warning will remain in effect until 7:00 p.m.; more warnings are expected to be issued as the storm continues making its way east.
Previously, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning was issued for much of Tooele County, containing winds up to 70 miles per hour. This storm is now making its way eastward into Davis and Salt Lake Counties.
