SALT LAKE CITY — A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after being shot by his ex-wife while at an indoor playground in Salt Lake City on Friday evening.
The woman, in her thirties, was taken into custody, and their two children are with police social workers at this time.
Officials received reports of a custodial dispute at the Kids Empire indoor playground between two parties, both in their 30s. By the time officers arrived, the ex-wife had shot the ex-husband.
The woman was taken into custody, with the man transported to the hospital in serious condition.
