UPDATE: POLICE HAVE REPORTED THAT CITY HAS BEEN LOCATED
Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing at-risk adult.
Cindy Huggins was last seen Sunday morning at 2 a.m. at 550 South Main Street in Salt Lake.
She is a 68-year-old African American woman, 5'02", last seen wearing a long blue winter coat, blue jeans, and may be wearing a white furry hat.
She has advanced dementia, and may be heading toward her former residence in American Fork. She has also previously driven to St. George.
