OGDEN — Shots were fired late Thursday night in Ogden after police say a suspect tried ramming an officer's car.
Just after 10 p.m. Ogden police received a report of a stolen car that had fled from Utah Highway Patrol troopers.
They located the car in the area of 40th Street and Washington Boulevard.
But when officers started walking towards the car, they say the driver tried ramming one of them.
The officer opened fire on the car.
That officer has been transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
Nobody was wounded by gun fire and two suspects are in custody.
The Weber County Attorney's Office is now conducting an investigation into what happened.
