Some camp out for days in downtown SLC for front row seats to Pioneer Day parade

SALT LAKE CITY — Parade squatters woke up Friday after after spending the night reserving their spots to watch the Pioneer Day parade.

The parade starts at 9:00 am at South Temple and State Street and will end at 900 South and 600 East.

The event was canceled last year due to the pandemic and many Utahns are extremely excited for the return of festivities.
