KEARNS, Utah — The Unified Police has asked members of the public in a Kearns neighborhood to check their surveillance cameras for images that may help them identify those responsible for a series of tire slashings.
"Some people make us so angry," a UPD Facebook post about the tire-slashing incidents says.
According to UPD, the tire slashings occurred in the Oquirrh Park neighborhood late Monday night or early Tuesday morning. As many as 15 cars were damaged in a three-block radius west of the Olympic Oval.
Police said surveillance images from the Crest Flower, Stony Brook and Sunflower areas could be useful in solving the crimes.
Call 801-743-7000 if you have any information that could aid police in their investigation.
