UTAH COUNTY — A Utah county woman is dead after what authorities said was an apparent horse riding accident in rural Utah County between Payson and Santaquin.
According to Utah County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. Deputy Thomas with UCSO said the horseback rider was dead at the scene.
The woman has yet to be identified.
