OGDEN, Utah — Ogden Police arrested a woman Wednesday night after Ogden City Fire officials reported the woman was chasing their ambulance.
Sarah Cohen, 40, faces misdemeanor charges of assault against a police officer, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident.
According to a probable cause statement, Cohen disobeyed officers' orders to get out of the roadway, and she continuously pulled away as an officer put her in handcuffs.
The arresting officer and another officer walked Cohen to a police vehicle, but she "continuously stopped walking and would attempt to sit or pull away from the two officers and almost pull us to the ground," the statement said.
Cohen is accused of kicking the assisting officer in the leg twice as they searched her.
