LEFLORE COUNTY, Okla. — Two Oklahoma men were arrested on numerous charges, including desecration of a human member and outraging public decency with gross injury on a man who was a "willing participant."

Bobby Lee Allen, 53, and Thomas Evans Gates, 42, were taken into custody by the LeFlore County Sheriff's Officer after a man was dropped off at the hospital with a crude surgical procedure that was "not done by professionals," according to Sheriff Rodney Derryberry.

According to KNWA, the sheriff confirmed that "a man’s penis was cut off, and the victim was a willing participant in the dismemberment.”

While in the hospital, the victim told police who had performed the operation on him.

When deputies arrived at the 21-acre property to serve the warrants, they found drugs and other evidence of criminal activity; however, the men were not there because they went to the hospital to check on the man.

Both Allen and Gates were later arrested and held on $295,000 bond.
