WASHINGTON — From the moment President Donald Trump announced he and the First Lady had tested positive for COVID-19, an outpouring of support was seen and heard throughout social media.

That sympathetic tone was shared by many of the celebrities and television personalities who have spent years attempting to send Trump packing from the Oval Office.

However, while some offered their well wishes, others took the opportunity to chide the president for his past behavior concerning the virus.

Former "Who's the Boss?" star Alyssa Milano, herself having recovered from COVID-19, was one of the first to tweet out about the news.

Longtime Trump supporter, actor James Woods used Twitter to support the president and to make a dig at those who support the Democratic party.

Other celebs were a bit more cynical in their support of President Trump.

MSNBC's Rachel Maddow, one of Trump's biggest critics in the media, offered nothing but sympathy for the First Family.

Actor Ken Jeong, who is also a doctor, stuck to, well, the science.
