WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah — Interstate 15 was closed Sunday night due to multiple crashes and slide-offs.
The freeway was closed in both directions near Toquerville, with the traffic backup spanning about four miles from Leeds to Anderson Junction.
Traffic was stopped around 8:30 p.m. and remained at a standstill for over an hour. Around 10 p.m., one northbound lane was opened but southbound remained closed.
Update: One northbound lane is open. SB is still closed.
