The debris flow in North Creek has moved through the area and flows are diminishing. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in another debris flow surge moving through the Beaver River. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
