At 558 PM MDT, Piute County emergency management a debris flow currently moving downstream in Deer Creek below the Silver King burn scar. Between 0.25 and 0.75 inches of rain fell from an earlier thunderstorm. Flash flooding is already occurring. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through Deer Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
