SALT LAKE CITY — A storm system will keep it wet and cool across Northern and Central Utah today. A brief drying trend is expected Thursday, before another cold front crosses the area on Friday. It will dry out this weekend with very warm temps expected by Memorial Day.


Wednesday: Becoming cloudy & cooler with widespread rain showers and scattered thunderstorms by afternoon. West winds 10 to 20 mph. Highs: Mid 60s.

Wednesday Night: Cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening, then isolated rain showers after midnight. Lows: Upper 40s.

Wednesday Night: Mostly clear. Lows: Near 50.
