Valley inversions will strengthen today with haze becoming even more dense. A weak storm is still expected to brush by to the north late Wednesday. Light precipitation will be possible, mainly in the far north. The storm won't break up the inversion entirely, but it will likely weaken. Air quality will improve Thursday, but then head downhill again as the inversion re-strengthens later in the week.
