SALT LAKE CITY -- — There will be cool, wet weather through the end of the work week.
Look for widespread valley rain and mountain snow today, especially southern and eastern Utah.
Most snow will be above 7.000 feet, mainly impacting higher mountain passes.
Precipitation will not be as widespread tomorrow, but still lingers.
It will be drying out and warming up a little this weekend, but showery and cool again early next week.
There will be an active weather pattern most of next week.
