NEWTON, Utah — A small airplane lost engine power and made a crash landing in Cache County on Sunday.
According to the Newton Fire Department, the aircraft experienced an engine malfunction, which forced it to land without power near Newton Reservoir.
The people on board were not injured and were able to safely get out of the plane on their own after the crash.
The plane experienced minor propeller damage, but the fire department said no fuel or fluids were leaking.
