SALT LAKE CITY – A woman was arrested after police say she robbed a Family Dollar store in Salt Lake City.
The incident happened Wednesday afternoon at the Family Dollar store located near 400 North and 300 West in Salt Lake City.
Salt Lake City police say Lacey Gates hid several items and tried to leave the store, but an employee tried to stop her. Police say she knocked over a display and bit the employee on the wrist.
Gates has been booked into jail.
