WEST HAVEN, Utah – Police have identified the man who died after falling from a three-story roof in West Haven on Tuesday morning.
Weber County Sheriff’s Office officials said 35-year-old Nathan Wilkinson was doing some welding work on a roof, and he unclipped his safety harness so he could get some roofing material. A gust of wind caught the materials Wilkinson was holding, which knocked him off of the building.
The incident occurred near 2841 West and 1800 South. Wilkinson died at the scene.
The Occupational Safety and Health administration is investigating the incident.
