SANDY - The annual hot air balloon festival kicks off in Sandy.
The first wave of balloons will launched at 7:00 A.M. and a second wave will launched at 7:30 A.M. Friday.
In addition, hot air balloons that glow with launch Saturday evening around 8:00 P.M.
