- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons pure sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil (optional)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 12 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
Place the noodles in a large bowl, whisk the first 9 ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust ingredients as needed. Toss warm noodles to coat. Sprinkle with green onions, cilantro and peanuts; toss thoroughly.
