UTAH COUNTY, Utah — A fire broke out on a peak south of Y Mountain Friday.
According to Utah County Fire officials, the fire is on a peak 9,000 feet in elevation. They said it is too steep to put firefighters on it, and it’s currently not posing a threat.
Firefighter said they are keeping a close eye on the blaze.
