WEST POINT, Utah -- A teenager accused of murdering his two adopted brothers appeared in court Tuesday.
Investigators said the brothers, 4-year-old Benjie and 10-year-old Alex, were found stabbed inside their West Point home on May 22.
Davis County prosecutors said they will seek to certify the 15-year-old and prosecute him as an adult.
Because the suspect is a juvenile, FOX 13's policy is not to name him.
FOX 13 will update this story with the latest details as soon as they become available.
