MAGNA, Utah – Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly robbed a gas station at gunpoint in Magna early Sunday morning.
The male suspect entered a Shell gas station at 7210 West 3500 South at about 3:23 a.m Sunday and demanded money.
Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department said the man had a gun and told those inside he didn’t want to hurt anyone. The man escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash, and witnesses said the man fled the scene in a truck.
The suspect is described as man in his ‘20s who stands about 6-feet tall. He was last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweater and a black mask.
