OGDEN — A man accused of shooting his father-in-law at point blank range of Father’s Day in the middle of Church service to a plea deal.
Charles Jennings pleaded guilty and mentally ill to attempted murder and aggravated burglary. In exchange to counts of aggravated robbery were dropped.
The shooting happened June 16 at the St. James Catholic Church in Ogden.
