KEARNS, Utah — A wanted fugitive was arrested Thursday morning after a standoff in Kearns.
A SWAT team was called overnight after Bryan Smith, 30, refused to come out of a home at 4735 South and 4520 West.
Unified Police said Smith had warrants out for his arrest, and he is considered a dangerous person.
The SWAT team used a battering ram to knock down the door of the home, and Smith surrendered peacefully.
