SALT LAKE CITY -- For more than a decade, a Salt Lake City man has helped make Christmas special for families who are in need.
Cesar Diaz selects families from several organizations in Salt Lake County and helps provide them with gifts and food for the holiday.
The families involved live on incomes below the poverty level, and, for many of them, the donations will be the sum of their Christmas.
Each family received toys for the children, clothing for both kids and adults, and a bag of groceries as well as a turkey.
