LAYTON, Utah – A man was killed after an auto-pedestrian accident on I-15 in Layton Thursday.
Utah Highway Patrol officials said the accident occurred sometime after 6 p.m. on southbound I-15 near Antelope Drive.
Officials later identified the victim as 29-year-old James W. Flynn of Syracuse.
UHP officials said Flynn was at nearby Davis Medical Center before he left, climbed a fence and ran onto the freeway.
