SALT LAKE CITY — Power has been restored for thousands of Rocky Mountain Power customers after an outage Friday afternoon, according to a posting on the company’s website.
An earlier posting said the outage affected 8,326 customers in the 84111, 84103, 84105 and 84102 ZIP code areas and was caused by a “transmission interruption.”
The company reported power was restored for those customers as of 2:40 p.m.
