WVC police identify person of interest in home invasion robbery

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — West Valley City police have asked for the public’s help in locating a person of interest in connection with a violent home invasion robbery last October.

Police believe Theron Myore, 42,  may have information related to the incident, which occurred on October 30.

According to a statement from the West Valley City Police Department, three armed suspects were attempting to rob a home near 7100 W Chula Dr. when the homeowner confronted them.

One of the suspects, who was identified as 29-year-old Robert Ebere, sustained serious injuries and died a few days later as a result of those injuries, police said.

Myore is believed to be driving a silver 2012 Dodge Ram with Utah license plate #C424SZ.
