SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah - The trial for a Burmese refugee accused of killing a 7-year-old South Salt Lake girl is expected to begin on Monday.
26-year-old Esar Met is accused of sexually assaulting then killing Hser Nay Moo. The girl disappeared on March 31, 2008, and was found dead in Met's apartment the next night.
Met was scheduled to go to trial back in November, but hearings have been delayed because of difficulties with translators.
