Parfait #1:
- 4 cups Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 4 Active D’Lites Vanilla Ice Cream Bars, cut into pieces
- 1 cup granola
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of 8 parfait glasses. Top yogurt with ice cream bars, granola, banana and almonds. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
Parfaits #2:
- 4 cups Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 4 Active D’Lites Vanilla Ice Cream Bars, cut into pieces
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained
- 1/4 cup tasted coconut flakes
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, crumbles
Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of 8 parfait glasses. Top yogurt with ice cream bars, oranges, coconut, banana and walnuts. Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
