Jazz move out of last place with win over Kings

Derrick Favors scored 17 rebounds and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Jazz to a 106-99 win over the Sacramento Kings.

Marvin Williams scored 12 of his 16 points in the third quarter, when the Jazz outscored the Kings 31-to-20.

Enes Kanter added 16 points off the bench, and Jeremy Evans finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Former BYU star Jimmer Fredette played 19 minutes for the kings and finished with eight points.

With the win, the Jazz move out of last place in the Western Conference with a 16-29 record. That has them a-half game in front of the Kings.
