SOUTHERN UTAH –Thousands of Southern Utah residents lost power for 14 minutes in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Residents south of Cedar City to St. George City were without power starting at 12:54 a.m., said David Eskelsen, spokesman for Rocky Mountain Power.
