SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah -- A multi-vehicle crash forced officials to close the southbound lanes of I-15 near 3300 S Wednesday morning.
According to Sgt. Todd Royce, Utah Highway Patrol, a 60-gallon tank was leaking an unknown chemical at the scene of the crash.
"All traffic is exiting the freeway on the 3300 South Exit," a message on the Utah Department of Transportation's smartphone app said.
A of 11 a.m., the southbound lanes have been reopened.
Three people who were involved in the crash went to a hospital with minor injuries.
