SALT LAKE CITY -- The new series “Salem” tells the story of the historic witch trials with a twist.
The show from WGN America graphically portrays what things might have been like. The lead characters “John” and “Mary,” played by Shane West and Janet Montgomery, are reunited when John returns to Salem after seven years at war.
