SALT LAKE COUNTY –Power was restored to approximately 2,937 Rocky Mountain Power customers in Sandy and Midvale Sunday morning, according to the power company’s website.
The power was back on as of 7 a.m.
Areas affected by the outage were in the zip codes of 84047 and 84070. The cause, officials say, was due to emergency damage repair.
Customers still experiencing a power outage are asked to call 877-508-5088.
