BRIGHAM CITY, Utah – Utah Department of Transportation officials are closing portions of I-15 in Brigham City Thursday and Friday night in order to demolish a bridge.
The closure is in the area of 1100 South at U.S. 91 and will go from 7 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday. A second closure will be required Friday evening to finalize the demolition.
Officials stated that traffic will be directed through the interchange at Exit 362 by flaggers.
The bridge will be demolished to make way for the construction of a new diverging diamond interchange, which when completed will be the fifth in the state.
