WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah -- Jamie Webb, father of 15-month-old Sophea Larsen, was arrested Tuesday evening.
Webb has been missing since last week when his daughter was the subject of a massive search in Taylorsville.
Unified Police say Webb took Sophea from his girlfriend and three months later a court order was issued to take the child away from Webb.
When Sophea was not found with Webb, a missing endangered advisory was issued.
Police say Webb took the child to a family member where the police were called and Sophea was reunited with her mother.
Webb has been on the run with an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault since last week when police attempted to take Sophea out of his custody.
Police located Webb in West Valley City and he has been booked into the Salt Lake County Jail.
