LEHI, Utah -- A new attraction for kids of all ages has opened at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi.

The Museum of Natural Curiosity is a place for families to learn about science, arts, and culture through 400 interactive experiences, according to a press release.

"You will have a much better experience if you play together as a family," said Lori Millward, museum director. "This is not a place for parents to sit and watch. It's not a place for babies to sit in strollers. We have experiences for cradle to grave and we hope people really take advantage of that opportunity."

The museum has five interactive exhibit areas: Rainforest, Waterworks, Kidopolis, Children's Discovery Garden and Traveling Exhibits.

Planning for the museum began in 2005 and construction began in 2012.
