Friends and family are mourning the death of a young man who drowned while swimming in Blackridge Reservoir Sunday night.
A memorial has been created at the site where Joey Pantoja, 19, died.
Friends say the memorial is meant to visualize how Pantoja’s spirit is still brushing up against the earth.
They say it’s a beautiful tribute to a life lost too soon.
