BOX ELDER COUNTY — A crash near Willard Bay forced officials to close all lanes of northbound I-15 Thursday morning.
The crash occurred around 11:15 near mile post 358.
The Utah Department of Transportation reported one lane had reopened around 11:30 and both lanes were open again by 12:30.
