EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah -- Flooding is under control in Cedar Pass Ranch and other areas, according to Eagle Mountain city officials.

Volunteers spent Tuesday afternoon sandbagging in the area. FOX 13 News’ Caroline Connolly was on scene where residents waded through ankle-deep water to protect properties.

At one residence, Caroline reports that a “wall of water” came through the property in a matter of minutes.
