SALT LAKE CITY – The attorney formerly employed by Salt Lake City, and his two sons, were scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing Monday.
However, their court date has been moved to Sept. 16.
Police arrested James Robinson, and his sons, Zachary Robinson and Alexander Robinson, in February after a traffic stop lead to a burglary complaint and search of the men’s Salt Lake City home.
When police searched the home, officers say they found marijuana, scales, a large amount of cash and four firearms.
The father at the time of the arrests worked with the Salt Lake City Police Department on civil matters.
