ANCHORAGE, Alaska – A man stopped to rescue a calf moose from a busy street in Anchorage, Alaska Sunday afternoon.
Keith Burgess wrote on YouTube the calf got into traffic and was almost hit by a couple of passing cars. He was able to gain the animal’s trust and carry it to safety across the road back to the forest.
