- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 3 tablespoons red onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 12-15 medium basil leaves, torn
- No Salt Seasoning and Pepper, to taste
Add first 4 ingredients to a large bowl. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, no salt seasoning and black pepper; our over salad. Add basil; gently toss. Serve immediately.
