SALT LAKE CITY -- Several Utah families are competing in the My Heart Challenge: Family Edition this year, and the goal is to increase heart health among Utahns.
Wednesday the Stidd-Genovesi family of Sugar House spoke to FOX 13 News' Dave Nemeth about their progress and the steps they've taken to make healthy living a part of their daily routine.
