In recent months a small but iconic image of New York City disappeared from downtown Salt Lake City.

An old neon sign for Club Manhattan used to grace a red brick building at the corner of 400 South and Main Street.

The sign didn't end up in the trash, and Todd Tanner takes us through the history of the image as well as its future in the video above.
